Assignment:
We broke down the composition on the iPad. We looked for the big shapes and used a combination of follow through lines, comparative measuring and the use of verticles and horizontals to work out the various positions of the form.
We worked big to small and tried to simplify the detail as we worked. At this point we are prepared for the next step, refinement and shading.
