Assignment:
With the drawing in place today we took a look at the values. We used "squinting" to average out the detail and get a sense of the over all values. See iPad breakdown for the details. Then we carefully started building up the values and forms layer by layer. We worked dark to light. Finally we looked at the 3 edge types; Hard. Soft and Lost. and started creating gradations. Work along with the video and really take the time to get to know your materials.
