Assignment
We worked on developing the darks, midtones and lights. We added in variations and and tried to refine the painting as we extended the value range into the lights. Same for the beard, bring out the darks and lights. We looked for the pattern of light in the beard and had some fun using a plastic fork to get some of the texture.
