Assignment:
Use the limited palette #2 for this exercise (substitute any of the colors you don't have with equivalents) Here are the colors:

• Titanium White

• Cadmium Yellow Medium or Hansa Yellow or Yellow Lake

• Cadmium Red Medium or Red Lake

• Ultramarine Blue

• Burnt Umber

Work with a timer and systematic approach just like last week. Give yourself at least 30min-1hr per step; 1. Proportion, 2. Value, 3. Color 4. Edge. Make sure the mark making and texture match the emotion. The expression is the important thing but if you get the likeness it is a bonus. 
If you find this overwhelming, embrace it, it is all part of the process.
